Zionfelix, a Ghanaian blogger and vlogger, gave his parents a brand-new car and a four-bedroom home as gifts.
The presentation took place on Friday, January 6, 2023, during a brief ceremony that was attended by a select group of close friends, family members, and well-wishers.
Dave Hammer, the event’s MC, gave the parents a chance to speak briefly before presenting the house and car to his parents.
The mother of the award-winning blogger opened the conversation. She gushed about the respect her son had earned for the family and detailed their incredible rise from poverty to prominence.
Zion’s father also made it clear that he was a very proud parent as he described how his son had been diagnosed with a fatal condition as a baby and the hardships he had to go through before he was healed.
The father also took the chance to urge parents not to give up on their kids, even when there seems to be little hope for their future. After all, you never know what they’ll turn out to be as adults.
