The man who was scalded was married and suspected of being unfaithful by his wife. She was angered after discovering that he had purchased an iPhone for his mistress, prompting her to take matters into her own hands.
She had been planning her revenge for weeks, carefully considering all of her options. Finally, she decided to take a page out of the classic revenge playbook and pour boiling water on her husband while he slept. As she watched him writhe in pain, she felt a sense of satisfaction wash over her. But now, as she sat in the courtroom awaiting her fate, she couldn’t help but wonder if it was all worth it.
While he slept, she poured boiling water on him, causing severe burns and blisters that required medical treatment at a nearby hospital. The woman has been taken into police custody for further investigation.
