speaking from the caption, in the video, the KNUST lady was seen knocking the door of an elevator.
and as the lady waits for someone to open the door as she knocks, a good samaritan came to her aid and through the electronic command the door was opened.
the unknown lady was then seen taking off her heels before entering the elevator.
