Akuapem Poloo has vowed to be an ambassador against the posting of overt objectionable content on social media after learning a painful lesson the hard way.
This follows her tragedy, which landed her in jail after she posted a snapshot of herself almost nude with her seven-year-old son.
Akuapem Poloo spoke out about the posting of nudity on social media today at a press conference following her release, urging those who do so to refrain.
She claims she would not have revealed such material if she had known she would have to go through the nightmare she has.
“I didn’t know that taking a photo with my son in that manner would put me in trouble. I didn’t know it wasn’t a good thing. Please have mercy on me and forgive me. I didn’t do that intentionally.
“I want to urge my colleagues and young people too to desist from such an act, especially all forms of nudity. We need to put a stop to it. It is not good,”
