Dr. UN, a clever con artist who has been giving bogus United Nations Awards to celebrities and “big men” in Ghana, exposed somewhere last year.
Dr. Kwame Fordjour, as he is called, has been in the business of handing out phony United Nations awards until his cup was overflowing as he rewarded Sarkodie and other celebrities.
People began looking at how genuine the award was because of Sarkodie’s popularity, only to discover that the United Nations and late Kofi Annan, to whom the award was connected, had nothing to do with it.
Unfortunately, our beloved sister nation Nigeria might have its own variant of ‘Dr. UN,’ and our famous actress Tonto Dikeh has fallen for the con.
She received the UN Noble International Ambassador prize, which included a number plate.
However, following more investigation, it was discovered that the award system is a hoax and that the UN had no involvement.
