Buzzgh Entertainment news and showbiz A lovely young girl who had suffered burns in an explosion that supposedly happened at Afrochella has passed away.
She was identified as Miriam, and it has been reported that she has finally succumbed to the injuries she sustained from that night.
The purported explosion during the Afrochella festival, which occurred on December 28 and 29, 2022, was revealed by a Twitter user.
The account said: “Idk if this is the right place to say this and idk if this will reach far enough. But there was some sought of explosion at Afrochella that has taken the life of a young girl. There has been so much silence on this but now it has cost a young girl her life.
“She suffered serious burns and was taken to the ridge hospital, but now has lost her life. It’s sad, but yes that explosion happened at Afrochella. The girl is gone,”
Afrochella organizers ought to be held responsible for the purported explosion, the Twitter user continued.
“If Afrochella knows about this and has kept mute then the organisers are inhumane. The young girl is dead after going through so much burns. If I say young, she was just 19 years old,”
As of the time of this writing, Afrochell has not yet addressed the accusations.
