Earlier Yesterday we reported that Jamaican artist Popcaan who has been in the country for about 9 days now was recorded in a video smoking weed on the streets of Accra with law enforcers around.
Kwaw kese who was arrested some time ago for a similar crime quizzed if Ghana law only worked on Ghanaians.
Popcaan has replied Kwaw, saying he is not a foreigner as Kwaw stated and that they should organize a meeting with the government to make the substance legal.
