Buzzgh Entertainment news and showbiz After the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) announced that Abdulswamad Nassir will be the next governor of Mombasa, his supporters flocked to the streets to celebrate his victory.
Hassan Omar, a candidate for the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), Nassir’s closest competitor, received 98,108 votes, while Nassir, a former member of parliament, received 119,083 votes.
