Every Sunday night in Ghana, the TV3 reality show Date Rush has had the highest rating and viewership in recent years. The exhibition, which is put together by the Media General Group, encourages men to choose from a parade of women that they feel would be suitable for them.
However, a young Ghanaian economist named Jerom argues that the parliament should outlaw reality shows that are similar to prostitution and are against our tradition, as well as enact legislation to ensure that such reality shows do not appear on our television.

According to him, the famous reality show should not be broadcast in Ghana because it has a negative effect on viewers’ minds.
“Date is not our culture,” he tweeted.
Someone please advise Sam George to introduce a law prohibiting it.”
