Ace broadcaster Nana Aba Anamoah has reacted to rumors going around on social media that her Range Rover gift was just to show off on social media.
According to her in an interview with Kojo Yankson on Joy FM, she has nothing to do with the fake number plate that was used when the car was been delivered to her.
Nana Aba revealed she reported the case to the DVLA when she found out that the car was not registered and when she called the person who got her the gift, he/she was also as shocked as she was.
The person told her that the car was bought from a garage and was asked to be delivered to her.
Nana Aba revealed she was glad the DVLA used her to educate the public that driving a car with a fake number plate was a crime.
Nana Aba registered the car with a new plate and revealed in the interview that, all those who think the car was a fake gift for showing off should come and see because she is driving the car and even drove it to work this morning.
“I don’t know where the number plate came from, that’s for the regional CID, they are investigating it so the police will figure it out. I don’t know where all these hullabaloo came from, it’s not a fake Range, I am driving the Range this morning, it is my car”. she said
