Michael Essien, a legendary Ghanaian footballer, has thrown his support behind Ghana’s lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) culture.
In an Instagram message, he claimed that Ghana promotes equality, and that the LGBT community’s voice must be heard as well.
“We see you, we hear you, we support you. Our LGBTQIA plus Community in Ghana #ghanasupportequality 🇬🇭🤝🏿“, he wrote.
