When the unidentified lover planned a surprise for his girlfriend with the servers at the restaurant where they had lunch, he made the most obvious romantic gesture in recent memory.
He allegedly placed the money in an envelope and set it on a plate as if it were a meal to be served, and you can image her amazement when she found out what her lover had done.
In the short video the lady published on Instagram, the boyfriend can be heard explaining that the money is her reward for being there for him when he was no one and saying YES to his marriage proposal.
