Andre Jay Sutherland, popularly known as Popcaan has been in Ghana for the past 9 days.
Popcaan’s visit to Ghana has been good so far and he has met some of our celebrities like Jackie Appiah.
A video of Popcaan smoking weed on the streets of Accra while been guarded by Ghana police has raised some concerns on social media.
Weed is illegal in Ghana and the police who are law enforcers should have napped the Jamaican or tried to stop him but they watch unconcern.
It will be remembered that Kwaw Kese was arrested once for smoking weed in public and quite recently weed teacher was arrested too.
