“I Want to unite Believers and Non Believers that is why i collaborated with secular musicians”- Celestine Donkor

Celestine Donkor, a prolific female gospel artist, clarified why she wanted to include Akwaboah and Efya in her latest album, “Yedawase.”

She chose to place the above-mentioned secular vocalists on her song, according to the famous female Gospel minister, because she wanted to reconcile believers and non-believers.

Celestine Donkor, speaking in an interview with Amansan Krakye of Cape Coast-based Kastle FM, clarified how showcasing non-gospel musicians would go a long way to cross the divide between churchgoers and non-churchgoers.

Her album was lambasted by many Ghanaians for featuring secular artists, hence her clarification.
