Buzzgh Entertainment news and showbiz A Ghanaian woman who got married when she was just 20 years old has expressed her regret at not continuing her studies instead of getting married.
In an interview with SVTV Africa on YouTube, Veronica, a mother of one who married right after finishing Senior High School, says she regrets her decision and wishes she had never married so young.
She admitted that she was pushed into marrying her late spouse and that things only became worse after he died.
“I wish I furthered my education or had something to do before I entered into marriage. I was a housewife. Looking back, I regret my decision. I see some of my mates have completed university and our working but here I am unemployed”
Veronica, who is now job-seeking, stated that her search has been challenging since people believe she is incapable of performing her duties to their satisfaction.
Others, she claims, decline her jobs because they believe she will seek a large compensation.
