The mother of an 11-year-old boy who was killed in Kasoa by two teens for ritual purposes has spoken out with tears in her eyes.
According to the woman, the children who murdered her son were friends with him and often visited her home to eat.
Over the weekend, Ghanaians were surprised to learn that two teenage boys in Kasoa had murdered an 11-year-old boy for ritual purposes!
In an interview with the newspaper, the boy’s mother admitted that she is very familiar with the murders.
Her son is a close friend of theirs.
They eat at her house on a daily basis, she revealed.
“They all know each other very well. They come here at will. Those who killed my son even eat in this house. I often serve them food and they all eat. I don’t know what happened. Why my son?” she said.
According to records, the two teenagers, ages 16 and 17, assassinated their friend on the instructions of a mallam who ordered them to carry human body parts for rituals that would make them wealthy.
Our nation has now arrived at a point where children are killing each other for money.
