In the hope of winning the world’s highest bodybuilding award, a woman who practices an intensive exercise and diet program has admitted that her muscular body form finds it impossible to find clothes that match properly.
In the last few days leading up to the 2020 Miss Olympia tournament, Brittany ‘Flex’ Watts, 31, who lives in Fort Lauderdale, allowed Truly to document her preparation.
The IFBB women’s bodybuilder, who ended 13th in the 2019 series, clarified that not possessing a figure like most women made purchasing clothes a challenge.
Since I’m not constructed like the average lady, fashion is now kind of complicated for my sort of body. It’s a struggle,’ said Brittany.
‘My style is very eclectic. I guess you could say sporty, sometimes it’s sexy, sometimes it’s tomboyish, sometimes it’s classy.’
‘Here in Florida, that’s fine for some people, but mama Teresa would not be okay with all of that hanging out.
‘I find it most difficult probably to shop for bottoms because my waist is so small. When I put clothes on I find that if it fits in my legs, it doesn’t fit in the waist.’
