The husband of Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson, according to reports reaching us is preparing to sue singer Davido.
Sources claim that Davido was contracted to perform at the lunch of the luxury hotel thus Henod Luxury Hotels in Abulegba, a suburb of Lagos which was owned by Prince Okojie, the husband of Mercy Johnson.
Davido failed to appear after he was paid 3 million naira.
Reports indicate that Davido attended another show the day before and could not make it to the event.
In Davido’s defence, he disclosed that he was advised against going for the event for the fear of being mobbed by the public.
