News reaching us suggests that AirtelTigo has been hacked.
According to reports circulating on social media, a white-hat hacker/hackers discovered a vulnerability on the website of the Telecommunication Gaint and decided to exploit it.
Luckily for AirtelTigo, these hackers were ethical hackers and only hacked their website so that they can expose some weaknesses for the Telecom Gaint to fix.
The hacker/hackers changed the banner of the website and asked AirtelTigo to contact them within 24 hours for the fix of the vulnerability.
As of the time of writing this report, AirtelTigo was fixing the loopholes that were exploited and their website is close to normal now.
