Ghana closes it’s Borders as Akuffo confirms one person has died from the Virus in Ghana.

The president of Ghana has given his 3rd address concerning the coronavirus in Ghana.

The president in his just ended speech revealed that he was happy with how Ghanaians have supported his decisions to help stop the spread of the virus.

He confirmed that 19 people have been confirmed to have the virus but one person with serious underlying health conditions has died.

He said the person died in the early hours of today, but the remaining 18 are doing very well.

The president added that all borders will be closed in Ghana, and no human cargo either by land, air or sea will enter Ghana.

He said the ban will not apply to goods and items been imported.

He added that the Government is doing it’s best to trace and test all contacts of the confirmed cases.

The president’s ban will start on Sunday midnight and it will last for two weeks.

The president also added that Wednesday will be a national day of fasting and prayers, all denominations and religion should call on their gods or God to help stop the virus.
