Fameye reacts to reports that he has scammed a foreign music group

Body Beatz, a sound engineer from Takoradi, made a video in which he said Fameye had scammed a music duo called Climbie Afrika out of money. This video went viral online.

Body Beatz approached Fameye and paid him for a feature and video shoot, but the singer has been tossing them.

Fameye reportedly charged GHC3,500 for the feature and GHC4,500 for the video, which the group paid.

Fameye hasn’t shown up for the video shoot after over a year and a half.

Fameye has refused to speak about the controversy. According to his social media, he is busy marketing his music and growing his brand.

Fameye posted about his album “Songs of Peter,” saying it’s more spiritual than musical.
