When Ruby first appeared on the show, she unexpectedly admitted that she was single and had never had any sexual relations with a man.
Ruby lied on the show when she said she was single and virgin according to one guy who goes by the handle Derek Zams Mawutor on social media.
Mawutor said he was shocked when Ruby announced she was single in a social media post because it was a lie.
