“I don’t have a problem with Agya Koo and my Relationship with maame serwaa was just a Rumor”- Bill Asamoah adresses issues

Bill Asamoah, a Ghanaian Kumawood star, has come out to make some revelations regarding his acting career and the Kumawood revival.

According to him, Adom TV, the popular TV channel, has come together with the Kumawood industry to start premiering more of Kumawood’s new films.

He added that it was impossible for the industry to premiere their shows at the theatre owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, but both the Kumawood officials and the Adom TV authorities worked together to make an arrangement to premier new Kumawood shows.

With regard to the progress of the Kumawood revival, Bill said the current times are tough, but he feels the industry has changed its way of producing films.

He also spoke about how anyone will be willing to enter the Kumawood industry as they are searching for more skilled individuals to develop the industry.

He then talked about the actors and actresses, including Nana Ama McBrown, Mercy Asiedu, and other influential workers, who began with him in the film industry.

During an interview with Poleeno, he made all of this known. He also talked about the love he had for the film business, which motivated him as an actor to improve himself.
He also explained things  regarding the Kumawood industry’s allegations about not utilizing scripts for their film outputs.

Scripts are still used, according to him, because the entire movie and its technicalities rely on the script. He has also revealed that before he agrees to accept the work and negotiate the money payout, he looks at the script.

He also spoke about how the allegations between him and the actress Maame Serwaa were nothing more than speculation.

The actor said that he let the matter die out and did not react to the reports with regard to his problems with Agya Koo regarding the matter of Bill taking money from the NPP.
